How It Works

To get started, choose a plan and select a mailing address. Next, complete the USPS Postal Consent Form, which authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf. Be sure to send the original form along with copies of your IDs to our headquarters. After that, you have the option to file a Change of Address with the USPS to temporarily or permanently redirect your mail to your new address.
We'll receive your mail
When your mail arrives at your virtual mailbox, our skilled operators promptly scan an image of the mail item or package label and upload it to your online account. You can then view and manage your mail from any web-enabled mobile device or tablet. Our app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Tell us what to do
Log in to your virtual mailbox and choose how to handle each mail item. You can request to open and scan an envelope, allowing you to view the contents as a downloadable PDF. You can also consolidate multiple items into one package and have it forwarded to any location worldwide. Alternatively, you can opt to recycle your mail and digitally archive an image of it online.
