The city is the county seat of San Bernardino County and it’s part of the Inland Empire. San Bernardino has some major universities and tourist attractions, and its strategic location between the Cajon and San Gorgonio passes, it’s an intermodal logistics hub. The city’s largest industries are healthcare, social assistance, educational services, and retail trade.
