“I subscribed to PostScan Mail in 2018 when I sold my home in California to live a partly nomadic life. Although I was able to convert most of the US mail to email notifications, banking, etc, I still had a need for an address to receive the occasional paper mail and packages. I have had nothing but favorable experiences with the open/scan/shred/recycle feature. I have been very pleased with the speed, efficiency and ease of having occasional packages forwarded to addresses all over the US. I recently changed my PostScan Mail address from one California address to another. Customer service made this transition process simple and swift.
